Back when I was releasing Halloween Forever and dealing with post-launch support I didn’t have a formal bug ticketing form system in place. Typically I’d wind up needing to collect feedback from testers and aggregate it in a spreadsheet for my own usage. Also I’d be getting feedback and reporting from multiple sources. This was less than ideal. In the future, I’d likely try to use one single source for reporting issues about games in question. This design flow is a thought exercise in how I might organize and present that to my testing community. This flow was made using Figma.
